THE CALORIES ARE LOWER AND
PERFECT FOR A SMOOTHIE.>>PROBABLY EASIER TO CLEAN OUT.>>FOR NUTRITIONAL VALUE WE
ALWAYS ADD PROTEIN POWDER TO THE
SHAKES. IT GIVES YOU OOMPH AND THERE ARE
VITAMINS IN THIS AS WELL. WE’RE USING VANILLA AND PLOP IT
IN THERE AND OF COURSE SOME ICE.>>WANT TO KEEP IT NICE AND
COOL.>>AGREED. WE KEEP OUR SMOOTHIES COLD AND
MOST OF THE INGREDIENTS ARE KEPT
IN OUR FREEZER WITH ALL OF OUR
FRESH FRUITS AND STUFF IN THE
FREEZER FOR OUR OTHER SMOOTHIES. FOR THIS ONE, WE’RE GOING TO ADD
SOME ALMOND MILK. WE GIVE PEOPLE A CHOICE OF
ALMOND OR SKIMMED MILK AND WE
PUT THE COVER ON HERE.>>THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC
