Exercise of the Week – Dolphin Push-Ups


Hey everyone, Brittany and Sarah here from
the Elite Sports Club in Brookfield. And we’re here with your exercise video of the
week, which is Dolphin Push-Ups! So, Sarah is going to go down into a plank
position on her elbows. Once she gets there, she’s going to be nice
and sturdy and she’s going to bring her hips up while rocking back with her shoulders and
then going back to that plank position. She’s going to do it a few more times for
you so you can see. What you don’t want is to drop that butt too
low on that back down and when she goes up and down. Perfect! Thanks for watching and look for our Exercise
