Exercise of the Week – Glute Bridge


Hey everyone, this is Eric and Brittany. We’re trainers here at Elite Sports Club in Brookfield. We’re here to show you your Exercise of the
Week, which is your Glute Bridge. So Brittany here, she is going to go ahead
and lay down on the ground. She’s going to go ahead and bend her knees,
feet flat on the ground. Alright, so Brittany here is going to take
a nice deep breath in. She’s going to exhale and at the same time
she’s going to lift her hips up to the ceiling as she squeezes her glutes
as hard as she can. From here she’s going to slowly
let them back down. And she’s going go ahead and
bring them right back up. Good, squeezing those glutes
as hard as she can. To make this exercise a little more challenging,
you can make it a Single-Leg Glute Bridge. From here, she’ll lift one leg up. Same thing. And then slowly back down. Awesome. Alright guys, thanks for watching and look
