Exercise of the Week – Mountain Climbers with Gliders


Hey everyone, Eric and Taylor here from Elite
Sports Club in Brookfield and we’re here to show you your Exercise of the Week, which
is Mountain Climbers with the gliders. So Taylor here, she is going to go ahead and
place her feet on the gliders. She’s going to go ahead and get into a plank
position. Good. And then from here, she is going to keep
her knees an inch from the ground and she’s going to pull one knee to her chest and then
straighten that leg back out as she alternates to the other leg. Good. The slower you go, the harder this will actually be. Alright, and you can also press those toes
into the ground to make them a little bit more challenging, too. Alright Awesome Alright, thanks for watching and look for
