 A new research study has revealed the best and worst value signings made by Premier League clubs in the 2018 summer transfer window  The data compiled by TheSportsman.com takes into account a range of criteria specific to each position on the pitch, adding up these variables then dividing by a player’s transfer fee  Manchester United and Liverpool both have players among the top 10 worst value
